§ 6-276. Creation; composition.

(a)

There is hereby created the city historic district commission that shall consist of nine members. Each member shall be a resident of the city. Members shall be appointed by the mayor and shall serve without compensation.

(b)

The historic district commission is established under the LHDA, Public Act No. 169 of 1970 (MCL 399.201 et seq.).
