§ 6-25. Designation of board of appeals.

The city construction and property maintenance board of appeals is hereby designated as the board of appeals required by section 14 of the Stille-DeRossett-Hale single state construction code act, Public Act No. 230 of 1972 (MCL 125.1514), and shall have the powers and duties required by that act to hear appeals under the state construction code.
