§ 6-19. Assumption of responsibility for enforcement and administration.

Pursuant to sections 8a and 8b of the Stille-DeRossett-Hale single state construction code act, being Public Act No. 230 of 1972 (MCL 125.1508a, 125.1508b), the city hereby elects to assume responsibility for the administration and enforcement of the state construction code.
