§ 34-21. Authority.

The ordinance from which this article is derived is adopted pursuant to the city powers including but not limited to the following:

(1)

Article VII, Section 29, of the Michigan Constitution of 1963;

(2)

Public Act No. 179 of 1991 (MCL 484.2101 et seq.);

(3)

Public Act No. 48 of 2002 (MCL 484.3101 et seq.);

(4)

The Home Rule Cities Act, Public Act No. 279 of 1909 (MCL 117.1 et seq.); and

(5)

Section 253 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 USC 253.
