§ 2-505. Meetings.

(a)

Meetings of the board shall be posted and conducted in accordance with the State Open Meetings Act (MCL 15.261 et seq.) and city policy. Four members of the board shall constitute a quorum.

(b)

The board shall meet at least six times a year.
