§ 2-438. Planning commission continued and reconstituted.

The city planning commission, previously created pursuant to Public Act No. 285 of 1931 (MCL 125.31 et seq.), is hereby continued as reconstituted herein. The city planning commission shall possess and exercise such powers and duties as set forth in that act, as are set forth in Public Act No. 110 of 2006 (MCL 125.3101 et seq.), with respect to formulating, recommending, and administering zoning regulations and as may be delegated and expanded by action of the city commission.
