§ 26-20. Prohibition of possession or consumption of alcoholic liquor.

Latest version.

No person shall possess or consume any alcoholic liquor in or at any public park or playground owned or operated by the city. Signs shall be posted or notices placed on bulletin boards in the parks, stating that the possession or consumption of alcoholic liquor is prohibited in city parks or playgrounds.
