§ 24-162. Theft of soil; vegetation.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to dig up, excavate, or carry away any stone, ore, gravel, clay, sand, turf or mould, or any roots, fruits, plants, vegetation or flowers from any lands or property within the city, without having first obtained the leave, license or consent of the owner thereof.
