§ 24-160. Falsely representing or impersonating another.

  • Any person who shall falsely represent or impersonate another, in such assumed character, and receive any money, or other property, which was intended to be delivered to the party so impersonated, with the intent to convert the same to the person's own use, shall be deemed by so doing, to be guilty of a violation of this Code.
