§ 4. Effective Date.

This Ordinance shall be published as required by the Charter of the City of Huntington Woods and shall become effective twenty (20) days from the date of its adoption or on December 9, 2005, whichever is later; provided, however, that within said period the Grantee shall accept the same in writing filed with the City Clerk and otherwise shall not go into effect. Upon publication and acceptance hereof, this ordinance shall constitute a contract between the City of Huntington Woods and the Grantee.

MADE, PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Commission of the City of Huntington Woods on this 14th day of November 2005.
