§ 2.313. Notification Prior to Work.

Prior to any work by Grantee associated with the installation, construction, maintenance, repair or replacement of any line, main, pipe or other equipment within the City's public rights of way, Grantee shall notify City of the date, time and place of such work and the estimated date and time of completion. Grantee shall further notify City of Grantee's person or persons of contact for all information regarding such notification.
