§ 2.310. Purchase of Property.

The City shall have the right, when duly authorized to do so, to purchase from the Grantee all of the property of the Grantee in the streets and highways in the City and elsewhere, used in or used for the operation of the Grantee's gas business in the City, and to acquire property at its current fair value at the time of purchase by the City. Such price and other terms and conditions of sale shall be fixed by agreement of the Grantee and the City.
